Celebrated at the Nativity of our Lord Catholic church, Pensacola Florida. Reception followed at the meeting hall around the back side. Pam did the first reading, with Sammy reading the second reading. One of Stevens wedding party guys tried to do the prayer intentions but Father took the paper and did them himself. Andrew and Kim’s’ McKenna was the flower girl (She was 5 yrs old at the time). The whole wedding party setup the reception as well as cleaned up. Julie and I sat with Jack Staffan, Kim and Andrew, Wendy, Paul and Scott. we had Mexican food, tortillas with either chicken or beef, fried beans, rice, lettuce and avocado, and cheese. there was a his and hers drink mix… i had the his something like vodka and lemonade. Brianna’s side were Jamaican decent and one of them spoke about welcome from the dark side. Julie and i got them salad bowls from the registry. It was pleasant weather outside 65 degrees so we all lined up and wished them off with bubbles.

Julie and i stayed with Paul and his family at a beach house on the strip. we played cards and stayed up late the night of the wedding. Kim fixed prepared a grand thanksgiving dinner on Saturday as the rest of us were down at the beach plying in the sand and ocean. we all went back to the house to eat and celebrate McKenna’s 6 th birthday.

Beautiful catholic church located downtown Cincinnati. Parking is somewhat a challenge so you may want to get there early. Inside you find very high ceilings with marble and stone walls with plenty of stain glass windows and wood sanctuary. The altar is set further back directly in front of and away from the pews approx. 100 feet deep over shadowed with a mural of St. peter receiving the Keys to the kingdom from Christ sitting on His most deserved throne. Murals also of his imprisonment on the back wall behind the altar.

Perfectly settled on the south bank of the little river (see location). It is a smaller catholic church with a lot of warmth and friendly demeanor. The indoor it is with wood trim and beautiful stain glass windows. Please see Google’s search for mass times and weekly bulletin.
